Through a need assessment, identify the needs that can lead to a knowledge gap in emergency preparedness among elderly people living in urban conglomerations in three Puerto Rico municipalities that were adversely impacted by public health emergencies in the last five years.

The audience are latinos with an average age between 55 and 70, with an annual household income of $12,000, living in urban clusters (public housing) in three municipalities, adversely impacted by public health emergencies.

The goal for the community is to find out what information and knowledge are missing when it comes to public health emergencies. Additionally, be aware of the health information resources the project can offer that the target audience needs.
