Subaward Project

Collection Equity Award - Lee Graff Medical Library, City of Hope

With the Collection Equity Award, the library will continue supporting the mission of NNLM by providing the City of Hope community access to resources that enable them to make informed decisions regarding DEI in healthcare delivery and the healthcare work environment. Our organization strives to create an inclusive environment that engages all employees and provides them with opportunities to develop and grow, both personally and professionally, and most importantly, to improve patient care. The award will help grow library collections that support LGBTQ health; healthcare discrimination, disparities, equity, and accessibility; social determinants of health; prejudice, racism, and ageism; public health; and medical ethics. Availability of resources on these topics improves access to vital information for the City of Hope community, including our patient population
