Improving Mental Health Literacy in Rural Northeastern Washington

This project will improve mental health literacy and increase access to National Library of Medicine (NLM) resources on mental illness for adolescents and adults in rural Northeast Washington. This project will utilize the NLM “Graphic Medicine and Mental Health” curriculum and creative, reflective journaling workshops to promote self-care and reflection alongside education and access to NLM resources.
