In the first 30 minutes of this session, we will hear from Janet Anderson, the Library Director of Minot Public Library. Janet will discuss the issues with these pests in libraries and describe the thorough policies and procedures created by Minot Public Library to deal with such infestations.

Janet will also describe the research conducted by staff on preventing and treating bed bugs and how they can impact a library. While dealing with bed bugs can be a huge pain, it's something that anyone can manage with a little patience and some knowledge.
