Objectives:

The purpose of the webinar is to introduce Know Your Flow. Speakers will provide background for why the project was developed, demonstrate the new website, and explain how you can participate to:

  • Raise awareness of period poverty and improve access to period products
  • Advance menstruation and menopause health information
  • Reduce the stigma associated with menstruation and menopause

The program aligns with the NNLM mission to improve the public's access to information to enable them to make informed decisions about their health.
