Louise To completed her MLISc and MEd, as well as her BA in Ethnic Studies, at the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa. At NLM's Office of Engagement and Training, Louise To works on community partnerships, training, the Technical Bulletin, student engagement, and health equity.
