ROCs
ROCs
Our operations are coordinated through seven Regional Medical Libraries (RMLs), with support by NNLM Offices and Centers. These cooperative facilities are collectively known as ROCs.

Service and support for: Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Region 2
Service and support for: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Region 3
Service and support for: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Region 4
Service and support for: Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
Region 5
Service and support for: Alaska, American Samoa, California, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Hawaii, Nevada, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, Republic of Palau, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Washington.
Region 6
Service and support for: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
Region 7
Service and support for: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Public Health Coordination Office
The National Public Health Coordination Office (NPHCO) manages access to evidence-based public health resources including journals, e-books, and databases through the Public Health Digital Library.
Training Office
The NNLM Training Office (NTO) supports the training and educational missions of the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM).
Web Services Office
The NNLM Web Services Office (NWSO) is responsible for developing and maintaining reliable web services for NNLM.
Center for Data Services
The NNLM National Center for Data Services (NCDS) coordinates with other NNLM Regions, Offices, and Centers to provide training and resources to increase data science capacity among information professionals.
Evaluation Center
The NNLM National Evaluation Center (NEC) provides innovative evaluation frameworks and evidence-based evaluation tools and practices to NNLM.
User Engagement Program
Learn more about the National Library of Medicine's User Engagement Program (UEP) which oversees the Network of the National Library of Medicine.
