The National Library of Medicine and the NIH's All of Us Research Program have developed a partnership to build the NNLM All of Us Community Engagement Network (CEN), and to support the training and education platform for the the All of Us Research Program. The All of Us Training and Education Platform (TEP) provides training content for a variety of audiences, including All of Us program staff and participants, All of Us consortia members, the general public, researchers, and health professionals.

The NNLM All of Us Training and Education Center (TEC) supports the training and education platform for the All of Us Research Program, develops training activities and educational content in conjunction with the NNLM All of Us Community Engagement Center, and provides infrastructure support for the NNLM All of Us National Program. The TEC is located at the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Library System.
